Once places have been reserved on our courses at Travelodge, any cancellations will be subject to the following charges: 1) Between 8 to 4 weeks before course start date, 50% charge; 2) Between 4 weeks to start date, full charge. These charges are applied because of our contractual arrangements with both the hotel and trainers.
All payments are to be made by cheque, bankers draft or electronic transfer of funds (BACS) within 30 days of receipt of our invoice, to the account address provided on that invoice.
Late payments will result in interest being accrued at base rate + 8% as specified in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
